I look for products without preservatives and foods that are minimally avoid these .. More and more all natural products are now usually grocery sellers. Stay away from the bakery (except for once in awhile), potato chips, fatty meats, and watch those glucose. Again, these foods are fine at least in awhile; but not quite as your primary diet. Flavored carbonated water is 'way better than soda and sugary products. Drink plenty of water. Lots of fruits and veggies.
